After an exhaustive analysis on a database of more than 400 people, we published the third edition of RANKING 100 ECONOMIC LEADERS FOR THE FUTURE in Spain. This is followed by the traditional analyzes carried out by the Choiseul Institute in France and Africa.
As usual, each person in the CHOISEUL 100 ESPAÑA ranking has been filtered according to the Choiseul methodology that assesses 125 aspects of each person, for which many months of research and analysis are dedicated as indicated in the document. With this work, the Choiseul Institute is an international reference in the detection of young talent where, in our opinion, the future of our country should be based. With a criterion where young talent turns out to be the essential element within the company and society. Young people who, with their abilities, are today the guarantee of the real future of our country, either because of their work in large corporations or because of their effort in management and new business realities; an asset that is linked to innovation that is, without a doubt, the guarantee of the future.
As the second major element of CHOISEUL 100 ESPAÑA 2018 is the creation of a new project: The implementation of a High Performance Center for the training and exchange of business experiences, where the professionals of CHOISEUL 100 will be the protagonists, both in their activity as “trainers”, as “mentors” or as participants and students. The experience, knowledge, aptitudes and excellence of the selected professionals will allow us to put in value for all the society this stock of knowledge and experience so important. Additionally, in 2019, the Choiseul Spain Institute plans to carry out a series of activities so that the knowledge of the members of this select group of professionals can transmit their experiences and knowledge to the whole society.
The CHOISEUL 100 think tank will continue to address the issues that it considers most relevant and will offer the solutions it deems most operative for the current reality of Spain. In this idea we will follow what has been done in previous years to continue with the process of “acceleration” of other young talents, thinking especially of those young people under 30 years of age who have already shown to have very high business and management skills.
